Tai Kwon Do Man
Anthony has been learning Tai Kwon Do since early last summer and has really enjoyed it. The Korean martial art emphasizes kicking and punching techniques, self defence and self control, form and flexibility. The organization that is in Monticello doesn't hold competitions, but rather judges and advances the students based on a series of individual tests.
